The project aims to blend harmoniously into the historically developed architectural environment of the city of Pushkin, particularly the Street Malaya without disrupting the overall style of the existing building. Our work -using classical architectural techniques and the historical approach to the design is grounded on the principle that architecture and the environment in which it evolves, are perpetually feeding one another. Spot development is defined by existing plot boundaries, buildings streets. The structure of the hotel includes the following group facilities and services: reception and vestibule; Rooms; catering area; service management.

Total area - 6,000 m2
The rooms - 1500 m2.
